Dr. Will Rymer is originally from Cheltenham, England. He was was educated there achieving highly to gain entrance to what is regarded as one of the leading dental universities in the UK.  In Cardiff Dental School Will performed excellently, graduating as well as becoming the President of the student body.

Upon graduation he was employed in general practice in Wales for a year before taking work as a community dental surgeon in South Wales, and then as a Senior House Officer of Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery in Morriston Hospital in Swansea.  This gave him a wealth of experience in surgery, and surgical skills, as well as a broad exposure to complex paediatric and special needs dentistry.  He then worked in a mixed private/ NHS dental practice in Port Talbot in South Wales for 18 months prior to emigrating to Ireland.

In 2009 Will moved to Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.  At this point he worked in private practice in Killaloe, Co. Clare and Limerick City and in 2011 began work as the sole dentist in a private practice in  Co. Galway.    The culmination of all of this breadth of experience is that he has a wide ranging knowledge of restorative and cosmetic dentistry, paediatric dentistry, endodontics and surgery. 

 

It was 2018 when Will and Sarah then founded their own surgery.  A dream since the infancy of their dental careers, they have now amalgamated all of their experiences to build their own vision for cosmetic dentistry, and family dentistry in Roscrea. 

 

Will is a keen photographer and cyclist.  Unfortunately all of his achievements are limited to his dentistry, as he was unable to convert his efforts in cycling to prizes!!

Since 2018 Will has been heavily involved with patient advocacy in the Irish Dental Association and serves on various committees with the over-arching goal of reducing inequality in Irish oral health.
